Shipping will be made by express courier or regular mail, depending on your choice.
Delivery time to your address will depend on the destination city.
The usual delivery time will be 24 or 48 business hours, excluding Saturdays, and depending on the destination city.
For orders to the Balearic Islands and Europe, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days, excluding weekends. The minimum shipping cost is €7.95, and shipping costs may vary depending on volume and weight.
Shipping in Spain will be free for orders over €24.95. You should consult shipping terms in other countries. In all other cases, shipping will be €3.95 at least (depending on the country).
In some cases, and depending on product availability (out of stock), our staff will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a delivery time preference, you can indicate it in the order comment, and we will try to meet it (to the extent possible with the route and the courier company's schedule).
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for failure to meet or delay in obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. Although most deliveries are made within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, high-volume orders, etc. In such cases, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Furthermore, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure events that prevent us from meeting them.
