Refund policy
At Kylie Crazy, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we offer several methods for returning an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible return or withdrawal options:
1. The product is incorrect, has a defect, or has been damaged during shipping:
We take great care to ensure that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. If, despite this, you receive an incorrect or defective item, you have 15 days to contact us at pedidos@kyliecrazy.com. Before opening the product, please verify that the packaging matches the one ordered: color, size, finish, etc. If there is any anomaly, please also file a claim immediately, before opening the seal or packaging.
If the product has been damaged during shipping, it is essential that you notify us on the same day you receive the merchandise and note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.
Products must be returned in a protected manner, enclosing them in a protective box or bag. You must return the merchandise using your own shipping company.
2. Withdrawal:
We don't want you to end up with anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the Right of Withdrawal, under which you may return the product.
This right of withdrawal must be exercised within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt. You must notify us, via email at pedidos@kyliecrazy.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase (you can use the following withdrawal form, if you wish).
To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain its original packaging, including all parts. If the products do not arrive in perfect condition, Kylie Crazy reserves the right to refund a lower amount upon return, of which you will be notified.
The refund of the purchase amount will be issued once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, using the same payment method used for the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return request, provided that Kylie Crazy arranges the collection of the item. If you return the item through a shipping company of your choice, the 14-day period will begin to run from the moment Kylie Crazy has actual knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from receipt of the merchandise.
The return costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal will not be accepted for sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
3. If you have not yet received your order:
If you have not yet received your order, as long as it has not left our facilities, and you wish to cancel or modify it, simply inform us of the changes you wish to make. This will not incur any costs if your order has not yet been processed.Contact for Returns:
