1.- PROMOTION ORGANISING COMPANY The Company PYMESTAR, SL with registered office at Avda. Novelda, 143 03206 ELCHE (Alicante) and identified with number B02764322 organises the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions set forth in the participation requirements section. The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of Kylie Crazy fans.
2.- START DATE AND END DATE The Promotion will begin on February 10, 2023, at 12:00 pm, and will end on March 2, 2023, at 11:59 pm. The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the start date shown, no more than 200 users have participated. Likewise, the Company may extend the end of the promotional action for an additional 4 weeks.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS 2 The participation requirements will be the following: - Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate. - Only profiles that are holders of an Instagram account may participate. Fake profiles created to participate in the draws are automatically excluded and the company reserves the right to decide if it is valid or is replaced by an alternate. - Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the Instagram social network by tagging two friends during the participation period. - Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If a Participant is detected participating with multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified . - Even if Participants write multiple comments on the same post, they will only participate with a single entry in the random draw. - The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags of the same Participant even if they are in different comments.
4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES Winners will be randomly selected through the Easypromos platform. Winners will be announced on March 3rd at 4:00 pm via the brand's social media profiles, along with the raffle validity certificate. There will be three prizes, divided into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes. The prize will consist of:
1st PRIZE: 1 night for 2 people with breakfast included in a hotel or accommodation of your choice throughout Spain, as included in the experience package.
2nd PRIZE: 5 pairs of socks
3rd PRIZE: 3 pairs of socks
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can they be exchanged or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prizes if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues and, therefore, it is impossible to award the prize. Winners may contact the Company within 5 business days from the date announced on the brand's social media profile. If such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be selected. The drawing and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it is found that any Participant does not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the information provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be deemed void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, slanderous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will not be permitted. We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time could offend the sensibilities of other Participants. Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use. If the Company discovers that fraudulent means were used for participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, whether due to fraud detected during the same, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by this company, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, and being forgotten and no longer being subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@kyliecrazy.com or by letter addressed to the following address: AV. Novelda, 143 03206 ELCHE (Alicante), attaching a copy of an identification document in both cases. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, or if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. Therefore, the Participant declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the sweepstakes implies that the Participant fully accepts the terms of these Legal Rules. Likewise, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the sweepstakes is conducted.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION These legal bases will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Spain will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or compliance with these bases.
