1.- PROMOTION ORGANISING COMPANY PYMESTAR, SL, with registered office at Avda. Novelda, 143, 03206 ELCHE (Alicante), and identified with number B02764322, is organising this nationwide draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion"), to be held online and exclusively for users residing in Spain, in accordance with the provisions set out in the participation requirements section. The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of subscribers to the Kylie Crazy newsletter.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on January 20, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. and end on February 21, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The Company reserves the right to cancel the promotional campaign if, by the start date, no more than 200 users have participated. The Company may also extend the promotional campaign for an additional four weeks.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be as follows:
- Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only users with an email account will be eligible to participate. Fake profiles created to participate in the sweepstakes are automatically excluded, and the company reserves the right to decide whether the profile is valid or replaced by a substitute.
- Participants must subscribe to the Kylie Crazy newsletter to receive promotions, news, and benefits for shopping in the online store.
- Participants may only participate with one email address. If a Participant is found to be participating with multiple email addresses, they will be disqualified.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
Winners will be randomly selected using an email selection platform like Sortea2.
The winner will be announced on February 22 at 4:00 p.m. via the brand's social media profiles.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.
The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are stock issues and, therefore, it is impossible to award the prize.
Winners may contact the Company within 5 business days from the date the prize is announced on the brand's social media profile.
If such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be selected.
The drawing and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, libelous, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image will also not be permitted.
We will not be liable for any damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which at any time may offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants on the posts, may not under any circumstances violate the Meta Community Rules or the Meta Terms of Use.
If the Company is found to have used fraudulent means to participate, such as bots in the forms, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.
7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We do not assume liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be held, whether due to fraud detected during the promotion, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the Company's control that affects the normal conduct of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.

We inform you that you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Objection, Restriction of processing, Portability, and the right to no longer be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@kyliecrazy.com or by letter addressed to the following address: AV. Novelda, 143, 03206 Elche (Alicante), attaching a copy of an identification document in both cases. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, should they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. Therefore, the Participant declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data and accepts and consents to the processing.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
By simply participating in the sweepstakes, the Participant fully accepts the terms and conditions of these Legal Terms. Furthermore, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the sweepstakes is conducted.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Elche will have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these bases.
